the cafe is located on the corner of Williamson and Great North Road. Keep an eye out for the blue wattle of the kokako or the blue facade of the building. it was fairly busy but we were able to get one of the benches in the back. It wasn’t until we were at the cafe perusing through the menu that we noticed that the menu was meat-free. The menu items all looked very interesting though.i tried the black garlic mushrooms. Mushrooms were nicely cooked and loaded on top of a couple of slices of toast. It was bigger than it looked. We also tried the nitro pulled coffee. It was interesting. It was way too bitter for me as I don’t really drink coffee. It was really smooth, almost like a beer.It is quite an interesting cafe with lots of food and drink options. they also have a small shop that sells coffee related items like keep mugs.
