Up Town Bounce was a huge let down, I came to enjoy a nice activity with my son. We first came in we were rudely dealt with by a female manager…. Im not fully sure for her attitude as we were just trying to pay and jump but that was not a good first impression. We then went on to the trampolines to find they were a lot less hygienic then you would hope, with dark patches on the plastic parts and dirt on the trampolines. The toilets in the establishment also smelt terrible, so I didn’t dare touch the food or coffee here. Over all I found this experience to be more stressful than fun…. not a good Saturday activity at all.

The room is small enough that you don’t have to worry about losing kids. Having a capacity limit is also very reassuring.Staff: Absolutely fantastic. They engaged with the kids in a constructive and encouraging way, were playful en to keep them entertained and challenge them and cared about their safety! Such a homey, family and familiar vibe to the place, but professional enough to know that you are in good hands. They went out of their way to make sure we were happy and had what we needed.Price: Comparing the price to other places, I’d say this is reasonable for what you get. The location is also fantastic.Thanks so much for an awesome experience, team!
Finally a bounce place with panache! For us living in the inner city with kids it is a godsend… most of the other places are miles away, and they usually look like apocalyptic industrial wastelands with a chaotic mix of kids parties and confusion, whilst this version elevates bouncing to a new high. Clean and modern with a sophisticated feel, it was packed with energy, good music and a controlled environment where kids can have fun and parents relax. Food options way better than other bounce/inflatable places, and even include self-serve frozen yoghurts. Super friendly staff and great coffee to top it off 🙂
Not very big. Better ones elsewhere. A bit basic looking. I suppose it would be OK for very little kids as it seems to be geared towards them to the detriment of older kids and adults who wish to use it.Staff were condescending and unprofessional when they made a mistake with a voucher. No apology received after I identified I had not made a mistake. Made to feel unwelcome. Little appropriate advice given over the phone – need to brush up on their customer service. Even worse experience in person.One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve received in Auckland. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
