I enjoy their vegetarian burger a lot. Very filling. I have a big thing for fries but theirs weren’t the best. Onion rings were quite good. I will definitely go back if I feel like a burger. Prices are on the cheaper side
Reasonable fish & chips – best in Gulf Harbour anyway, probably need to change the oil more frequently as sometimes it does taste a bit stale
Fairly average fish and chips at average price, $4.80 for fish. I would say the service was average and we were the only people in the place. Chips were overcooked and the batter was a bit gloopy, hence a 3.0 rating. It would be nice if they had self serve salt and other amenities you’d expect in a fish and chip shop like forks and napkins.
Their food is pretty good, especially their crumbed snapper. The prices are nice enough and my food always tastes fresh 🙂 When I have no food at home and when I’m too lazy to cook, this place is the first place that comes to my mind
This is our local fish and chip shop so have had food from here quite a bit. I am quite surprised to see the negative reviews as normally I hear people rave about this place. Personally I quite like it. The chips are always very good, the fish a bit on the greasy side unless you get it crumbed, husband says the burgers and hotdogs good. You have to ask to get the toasted sandwiches cut which is a bit of a pain but they taste as you would expect. We normally phone ahead and most of the time it is a 10-15min wait which is what I would expect. For fish and chips you don’t get much better this end of the coast.
It’s just down the road from us and they make good food. Their burger and chips are yummy and their strawberry milkshakes are to die for. Try one.
If your looking for a quick hearty fix then this is the place to go, with alot on their take away menu, you will surely find something to fill the gap.
