I have been supporting this local business for years. With the introduction of the Chinese menu it has gone way down hill. Twice I ordered Chinese and both times it was disgusing and threw it in the bin. Went today for my usual Snapper & Chips now also disgusting. Fish was nearly off and chips were a mix of old hard chips and fresh chips. Thought I would give them a ring to let them know about today’s purchase – they are not interested. This business looking at the reviews is constantly getting a 1 rating these days. Enjoy my money, bad food is in the bin again. I nor any of my friends will be going back

This is the worst fish and chip shop in Auckland. Disgustingly greasy despite being asked to make sure the order was well drained. $8 per piece Blue Cod…which I am sure was hoki. Refried chips, which were served in a tiny bag instead of wrapping in paper. Very rude owners who refused to acknowledge the poor product and a $27 a total rip off. I would avoid at all costs
