Came here the other day for a quick bite on my work break and was presently surprised by the quality of the food. I’ve traveled all over the country several times so I’ve seen some shocking bakeries but this one doesn’t disappoint. I had a pie and and a roll, thoroughly enjoyed it! If it had bad standards in the past then they have definitely have had a wake up call! Would recommend!
Just got home with 3 milkshakes they are not milk shakes more like flavored milk no thickness to them at all so bad im angry i wasted 15 dollars when i could have brought a big choc milk and it would have been thicker and only cost me 5 dollars. And there so called Vogel sandwiches witch they charge more for is just cheap multi grain bread.
I’ve been a customer of their food for a long time and I’ve never had a problem with their hygiene. I love their bread its always fresh 🙂 Since they’ve had their A rating for a while now, I think it’s safe to say that they’ve certainly upped their standards.
I went here today to pick up a dozen long rolls from the bakery. No problem with hygiene. They have upgraded and trained and have an A rating now. I have uploaded evidence of their certificate.
To be honest I haven’t been here for a very long time as the D food rating scares me off. I would never go back as a while back I noticed the poor rating they closed and then reopened with a better rating only for the D to be back not long after. Previous to the D I had been a couple of times as well as my mother in law and mum purchasing food from there each time it was ok but a little disappointing. Would be great to have a good bakery in this location!
Have you guys seen the food grade rating for this place??? It was a D last I was in there! yuk!! We definitely need a bakery at Gulf Harbour but it should be one with better hygiene standards.
Great breakfast. Size and quality good – scrambled eggs well worth a visit!! Also nice helpful staff.
