Bought some frozen Pork, Egg and Chives dumplings from this place and took them home to boil it. It was delicious. The skin in moderately thin but chewy and the filling is tasty. It is meaty and has just the right amount of pork fat in it. There are other dumpling places where they put more fat than meat in it which just taste bad. There is also just the right amount of Chives in it to balance out with the meat filling inside which is tender and juicy. While there is a decent amount of meat inside, I think it would be much better with more filling inside the dumplings though maybe that might be a personal preference thing. 10 bucks for $20 dumplings is a fair price though.Saltiness of the filling is edging on the salty side, a few of them were too salty while most of them were quite salty for me.As far as I know, this is the only place that sells decent Chinese dumplings in Henderson.The frozen ones sold at Asian supermarkets are just not good, they often have more fat than meat and taste weird. Server was friendly and greeted me promptly as soon as I walked to the counter.
