Went for a family dinner the other night and wasn’t disappointed. The restaurant is small and cozy so i’d ring ahead if you have a party bigger than 4. The food was delicious. We ordered a set menu, with takoyaki and chicken sushi entrees. The food was presented well and tasted great! I wanted to rave about the Japanese salad, it was so good and fresh. As often its bitter, which i assume is due to older cabbage. This restaurant checked the right boxes for us; a large menu, welcoming staff and a relatively affordable price. Will be coming back again.
Went for family dinner. Nice food, and friendly staff. They have nice set menus for first timers like us. Cozy and warm interior. Would love to drop by next time for a warm sake.

I love this place! My favourite Japanese restaurant! We went last night with my partner for dinner, we had a vegetarian deluxe set menu and a chicken teriyaki deluxe set menu. The food arrived very quickly and was delish. The staff are so friendly and welcoming and decor is super cute. Will see you guys soon.
Definitely a Henderson classic, the owners ha e changed over the years but this place is still creative yet authentic. Their choice of rolls are great and the menu has plenty of new dishes to try if youre feeling adventurous.
Very disappointed with my experience today. I drove 15 minutes to Henderson just to have lunch at Yaruki, but was told they were out of chicken and that they will be closing shortly – this is right after they had taken an order for a Chicken Katsu from the table next to us. I don’t know what the actual reason was (we were there 25 minutes before the actual closing time), maybe they didn’t want to take any more orders, or if they were really out of chicken, but I was really disappointed.
A cosy little Japanese restaurant. Food is okay servers very fast, but small portion and a bit salty for me. Seats are too tight we had to actually squash in.
