The sweet aroma of freshly baked breads and being greeted by one of the friendly staff is the first thing you experience as you walk in~Their buns are freshly baked on-site, offering a range of classic Asian flavours in savoury and sweet. The bread is super soft with generous portions of fillings. Our favourites are the taro bun and red bean bun. Their cakes are also on-point, beautifully balanced in terms of flavour and density.; light in texture and not overly sweet. They are also very accommodating and do such a great job in customising the birthday cakes to suit our preferences. 🙂 My family has been going to this humble family-owned bakery for over 20 years, and we always stop by whenever we make a trip out to the North Shore!
