I was expecting better from a 4/5 restaurant. I had my birthday dinner here last month. When we arrived I noticed the lack of servers present. 2 at the bar (nobody was ordering anything there) and 2 on the floor. It always took us 10 minutes just to get somebody’s attention to order some drinks or food. We call the server and they see us but they forget about us and apologize again and again. And everytime we ordered something, it took them about 15 minutes to get to it. Plus they kept running out of drinks for my friends. It didnt feel nice especially I invited them for dinner and the place I chose kept disappointing us. The food was good even though the steaks are pricey for the amount you get. My friend’s burger and fish and chips were good. I’m giving 2/5 just because how the service was that night. Even though the food was good, the lack of good service just affected our experience here.

Their food is always delicious and there outside area has a nice vibe about it. My absolute favourite thing on this menu would have to be the choc chip cookie skillet.

What great customer service we received tonight. While an unexpected party of 12 showed up just before we arrived, we were told there would be a small delay. They kept us informed and ensured we always had drinks throughout the night. The meals didnt actually take that long to come out. Entree was a big serving I suggest you share it. Main was just delicious, although a small part of my steak was a bit under done to my liking but over all will be going back here.
Apple of Highland Parks eye this Steakhouse is truly a Apple Tree worth shaking Set on East Aucklands busiest Highway this place is worth a stop… its a clean sexy venue with a modern fresh look away from the ageing Cluttered shops and Chinese fast food eaterys is this Wonderful venue The Staff are friendly attentive Lots of Seating Areas that are spacious and easy to move around through Great selection of Beverages local Beers and Wines The food menu easy to skim through and all sound so mouth watering delicious Ordering our meals was easy and service was a lil under 30mins Presentation and value of our meals was well received Everything from the spare ribs chicken wings pork belly bites and fries were perfection Affordable Dinner for 3 We will be back Such a great venue all round
