Cute spot in good old Highland Park. Love the cozy interior, friendly staff, definitely a nice place to hang out. They dont have an extensive menu like all other milk tea places. But they have all the essentials ones. Cup size is the same as Wucha, but prices are slightly cheaper. I ordered the original milk tea with max bubble. I could taste the tea aroma which i really liked. The pearls were on the sweeter side, they were soft, not too chewy, but tasted like they were cooked/boiled in sugar syrup. I would probably adjust the sugar level next time.
A solid little shop to get your boba fix.Ive tried a lot of their menu and everything is good. The best i can describe their drinks is ‘a pricier gongcha’. Their pure teas arent as good as gongcha but I do like their pearls more, especially the MAX bubbles. They also have cheese foam which is pretty good. Serving cups are also huge which is a bonus. What keeps me coming back is the ambience and the super friendly staff. They speak fluent English, Mandarin, and Cantonese. The staff really do care about their customers, they’re also close with some of their regulars. The shop is air conditioned, wifi available on request, comfortable seats, and bathrooms. A perfect study spot. Highly recommend this place if youre in the area.
