Came here and ordered their pork chop rice noodle. The pho was good temperature and the noodles was very good. The pork chop was also quite tasty and I thought it was strange at first when they give us spring onion and ginger sauce to complement with the meat. It turned out that it was quite good with the pork. It was good overall, nice quantity and good value.Taste – 3.5/5Service – 3.5/5Ambiance – 3/5
Ive eaten here before and I remember the pho being amazingly balanced and a few more herbs and greens. I think the ingredients were the same and unfortunately Im not a fan of surimi. The entree summer roll was sweet, and delightfully humble. The stock for the main was a little lacking in intensity but a bit of chilli and a mix of some of the table sauces brought it to life. Just didnt have that fresh hit. The service was fine, I arrived at the busy time and although I asked for additional vegetables they didnt really have anything to accomodate. All in all, its okay. The spring rolls are great (Ive had them before) and I think I just got spoilt recently with some mind blowing comparisons.
