My favourite takeaway shop. Quick, usually other people but still quick service even with big orders. Nice, friendly staff who are also easy to talk to on the phone.
I found there food quite good but unfortunately compared to other fast food Asian cuisine outlets in the Mount Roskil and surrounding areas have found them expensive especially for the family deals.
Good food, good vibes, good people! Nothing like a couple beers and some Hilltop takeaways to cap a Summer evening off right! Thanks Hilltop!
Very handy/easy when I need a quick meal/hungover food. Hilltop is very cheap and is very quick and close to where I am! Plus the people are very nice 🙂
One of my most fast food after coming to NZ has to be fish and chips! I have tired only one other fish and chip restaurant other than this one (name I do not wish to tell). It beats it by miles. Here’s why, firstly the prices compared to other shop is just a little more ( can understand this because it’s in a very quite place, and I never see a lot of people coming in, accept on weekdays in the morning). I ordered the $8 deal where I got $2 chips 2 pieces of fish, which I must say are quite big! But lack crunch. Also I swapped the 2 sausages for 4 potato fritters, because of the sausage being made of pork or beef.. Not sure on that! When I got home the chips were ok, a little soggy but the fish was good in size but lacked crunch. Some of the potato fritters weren’t even cooked properly! In saying this I haven’t tried the other items, I don’t think I will. I’ll stick to my other fish and chip shop!
This place is our local since we shifted, and its fantastic. Wide ranging menu (Chinese basically but fish and chips, burgers, Thai, Malaysian etc), great ingredients, good prices.One of the best takeaways of its kind ever,
