Fantastic Food and Coffee. Just started buying lunch, coffee and muffins therea couple of months ago.Just used them to cater for our work morning tea and the food was great. All the staff love it, we will be back. The new owners are doing a great job
Our regular for coffee and snacks. Quick on the coffee, friendly and has a very good loyalty scheme. A small range of tasty food. The muffins are really good, as are the slices. Reasonably priced. A very good neighbourhood cafe.
Definitely going back here. First time today and it was a lovely experience. Very small but very organised and well presented. We just had coffee, the food looks great though. Will definitely be back within the week.
a cute little corner cafe on the top of hillsborough serving lite refreshments to locals and/or folks going to the beach on the other side. They also stock/sell their own brand of condiments too.Stumble upon when temping at nearby private hospital and had a cappo there, tanks guys.
We popped in for a quick bite and drink before our walk. Friendly staff, cute little cafe. We got coffees, a pie & quiche. I’ve actually bought a sweet treat from TLOF before and the staff are really friendly. Food good. They’re lucky to be on a nice quiet street, so it’s really pleasant dining outside too. TLOF serves on paper plates & in paper cups too, not something I’m really fond of.
Hate to say it, but nothing special. Boring interior, no personality. I got a lemon/passionfruit cake thing to takeaway and when I got home they had given me the wrong thing – it was a date cake thing and it was horribly dry, I took one bite and threw it out, so disappointing!
I have visited The Little Oven Foodstore twice now, and both times it has been really lovely! It’s pretty small, tucked away in a quiet block of shops, but that makes it nice for cosy catch-ups or a quick coffee stop. They’ve got a decent selection of fresh cabinet food to choose from, both sweet and savory ranging from around $6-9each. Will definitely return!
