Steak and cheese pie. Pastry: passableFilling: jelly and 3 or 4 bits of tough, sinuey meat with little to no cheese. Was once owned by a lovely couple turning out quality baked goods, including the steak and cheese pies. Ive on passing spoken to the previous owners who say they left their recipes when they sold. Obviously no longer being put to use.
