I like the atmosphere here. We had the Surf&Turf Platter and steak sandwich. They were really awesome. Definitely will be here again next time.
Ordered from the $15 lunch deals and the food was very good quality with a reasonable amount of wait time. Helpful staff and delightful visit.
I had been led to believe this was a fun pub… But I understand it has recently changed mangers/owners and as a result a lot of longtime staff have left. We left also … after waiting 55 mins for a meal. it never arrived…The place was only about 1/4 full but they were seriously understaffed on a Friday night. We were not the only table having issues.
We came in with a $20 for $40 Groupon voucher and decided to go for the Prawn and Bacon Pizza and single portion of Lamb Shanks.The pizza was delicious and crisp, with an abundance of juicy prawns.The lamb shanks were perfectly cooked and fell apart with the slightest touch. The flavour of the gravy wasnt all that spectacular to be honest, it actually tasted like a steak pie. Still a great dish though.With the generous portion sizes, we left absolutely stuffed to the brim and was pleased with the value for money.
Great food. Generous portions. Great beer.Went there at lunch time with a Grab one voucher. Not much else needed to say but unfortunately this has a restrictive 140 character requirement. This needs to change.
Went for all you can eat ribs, left hungry and disappointed. Services-Ridiculously terrible service, had to refill own water and collect our own cutlery from waiter stand because staff were avoiding eye contact with customers. We were delivered the wrong plate of food and expected to pay for it. Food-some racks of ribs were delicious, others dry. 40 minute wait for food. We ordered all you can eat and seated ourselves. After 45 mins we received our plate, when ordering more staff were confused and another 35 minute wait. Disappointing they were unprepared for their own promotion evening. We eventually gave up on ordering more as it was like getting blood from a stone trying to get ribs from the staff. Atmosphere-decent, clean and a lot of nature light. They were packing up by 7:30 as the customer base is a more elderly crowd and dined at 5:30.
