A group of us were refused service because we only had our valid overseas passports. According to the Manager on Duty, ONLY American and Kiwi passports are accepted. Most of us look under 25, but we are all over 18. She rejected our passports, which all of us find extremely racist and unprofessional. As someone holding a Manager’s Certificate myself and has experience at several premises, clearly she needs to retake her Manager’s interview and go over the acceptable forms of IDs. Absolutely rubbish.
