The restaurant itself is quite dated and service is just OK but the food is great. It is hard to choose a favourite as the ones that I have tasted were great. Surprisingly their desserts are yummy as well. Ice cream cake is one of my favourites.
Thai green curry very runny, pumpkin under cooked wouldnt get again Had pad Thai on previous occasion very dry and lacking flavour to wouldnt go back here no love in the dishes
Always yummy food and really good specials. Looks like nothing from the outside but is worth a try. I’ve never dined in but never disappointed with my takeaway experience.Especially recommend the Chicken and cashew nuts but the curry is amazing too.It’s my go to for Thai takeout.
A basic no-frills place, clean and tidy and very popular for both eat in and takeaways. Prices and portion size are good, and the food is yummy ! Large selection of dishes on the menu and service is fast. Plenty of parking available too.
Attentive service, good portions, tasty dishes and reasonable prices. Last Sunday night was busy, a full restaurant and we waited 25 mins before entree, main course was 5 mins later. Dessert came immediately after we asked. Everybody in the restaurant appeared to be enjoying their meals and nearly all took home what they couldn’t eat. I had tender pork hock with delicate spices, not overpowering chilli and rice was sufficient. My partner had pork ribs which were tasty and a little hotter chilli wise. After reading the other reviews, we weren’t sure about the quality of anything but they deserve better reviews.
I just love the Hangover Noodles here. Tried curry and stir fry which are not as good as their pad thai or Hangover noodles. Good for take away despite the service. DIY!
Ordered a Lamb Massaman takeaway from here which cost $15. Taste was good but the portion size was meagre & small to say the least. There was only 2-3 small spoons of meat & veges where the rest of the curry was drowned in the sauce. The rice portion was also quite small. Wouldn’t recommend or return.Updated 14/03 so thought I would give it another go to see if there had been any improvements made. I changed up my order & got sizzling chicken + tempura prawns on the side. Again similar concerns where the meal was drowned in sweet soy sauce with a bit of a burnt taste. The Tempura prawns were small & not worth the $8 price tag. So wouldnt recommend or return now for sure.
