Service is always slow! Owners/workers need to consider takingEnglish classes to learn how tocommunicatewith their customers for theircustomer service skills to improve.It’s really irritating telling your order, only for them to muck it up and blame you because they don’t understand what you’re saying. Chips were hard and cold yet told us to wait for 3 minutes for fresh ones (Obviously wasn’t a long wait but I was expecting fresh chips as advised). Fried chicken is nice but still regular. Overall, bad customer service and needs to speak and understand more English!!
