Ordered a hazelnut latte and ham n cheese croissant. The gentleman taking the order was very polite and kind. Coffee and croissant didn’t take long at all but both times missed the mark. Coffee was nowhere near hot enough and drowning in syrup. The croissant was toasted but not cooked in the middle at all. Such a shame, my first coffee of the day and I can barely drink it, a $17 order that should have been immaculate for that price. Upside that the staff were kind and helpful.

While that is not much money, it’s the principal, no other cafe does this, says a lot about the cafe really. Also they dont even have marshmallows for their hot chocolate drinks, all other cafes do. Are they new and dont know much about cafes?
