Very famous chicken and chips in Mangere. I was really looking forward to trying this outlet after hearing so much praise. Lil disappointed as i have had better chicken and chips from bakeries but still nice. Chicken lacked flavour but was fresh and so was the chips. Staff were sort of friendly and service was okay. Pretty average place tho. Cool the serve ice cream as well.

Whenever I get the chance to go to the flee market on Saturdays nowadays, I always make sure I don’t leave till I have a packet of chicken salt seasoned fries! Love the texture as soon as it comes out hot from the pan! I have grown up coming here every Saturdays after the flee market for lunch. Not very healthy but definitely a guilty treat on the side once in awhile. I am still surprised it is still popular after all these years. Highly recommend 🙂
