Has been open for a few months. Easy parking and easy to spot from the main road heading to the Airport (from the Onehunga end). Stopped for a light lunch of spicy noodles and assorted pan fried dumplings. They were excellent and would like to try here again with a larger party. The place had just emptied outa smallAsian tour group when we arrived. Speaking to the shy but polite co-owner, she said most of their business is with tour parties who book via internet in advance.I have seen a lot of tour buses parked up here at lunch and dinner times during the week. The venue can easily take biggroups and I would suggest coming here for a wake rather booking the hall in the cemetery. The time constraints they have and no alcohol pose problems at the cemetery. This venue would be a solution. Probably be a good place to have a farewell meal with family and friends. Process your bags and confirm flight, then race out up the road for a meal, race back n fly out?
