A stunning Auckland gem! Beautiful scenery, unmatched in the city, delicious foods, welcoming staff and of course, some of the best wines in the country! The Venison pie, fish of the day, pork belly and chicken supreme, we tried and loved it all! Worth the trip out the CBD and a perfect place for a peaceful day out.
Nice vineyard and garden setting, and great indoor/outdoor flow. This place can get really busy and hence the service can be compromised. It was full when we were there and there were too many kids running around screaming so it had a negative impact on the lunching atmosphere. The food was yummy and well presented. It’s really convenient to eat here while we buy wines from villa maria vineyard… sitting outside with the beautiful view and nice weather. Order the tasty wine set, 3 cups of wine for 10-15dollars which is pretty good to try.
