Ordered a 3pcs with fries and coke 1st time.Waited for more than 20mins.The coating was like salt and flour mixed together. There was not a even layer of coating on the chicken. Chicken was uncooked with a bad odour . Menu said chips but they served fries which was soft and soggy.They need to learn the difference between chips and Fries. Very disappointed.

Went there for the first time, had to wait a bit to be served and then when the chicken came out instead of packing my order they serve another customer and make me wait longer, chips were old and disgusting but the chicken was fresh and cooked well. Will not be returning anytime soon.
Went to Otahuhu branch and ordered the special promotion $4.99 pizza. It was the worst pizza I have ever had. The sitting area was really smelly and the pizza was just a disaster. Half cooked. Salty. Will never go there again…
