Indeed YUMMY! Big portions as well! My husband and I ordered Nasi Lemak, Mee Goreng and Chicken Laksa, and everything is just authentic! Their Nasi Lemak needs more sides (dried fish, peanuts and sambal) other than that its all good.Cant wait for our next visit and will order the Hainanese Chicken, repeat order Laksa and mee goreng Staff are smiling and nice to us.
Love this Place! Chicken Laksa is so good the service is awesome and the portion size is amazing. Affordable and a huge variety of dishes! However the only down fall is the unexpected closing times. They advertise from Tuesday to Saturdays, 9pm being the latest they are suppose to be open and I have found that on many occasions they are unexpectedly closed before the times advertised. One time I arrived before 8pm and they were closed, lights on etc and was told that they close early if its quiet etc which is pretty annoying. So maybe ring before?
This has been my go to place since theyve opened. The hokkien noodles is DIVINE. Other favourite dishes are the laksa, marmite pork and nestum prawns!
got the char kway teaw which was ok but made the mistake of ordering spring rolls and samosas. disappointed to find out that they were the tiny store bought ones. was really looking forward to homemade ones 🙁 may go back if im in the area
Oh man I’m sad I didn’t take photos for this one but let me tell you I will be back . If you are wanting value for money this is the place to go! No the interior is not fancy but the staff really care about the customers. And the food!!I got a chicken laksa and my partner got Malaysian Chicken curry on rice . My laksa was spicy but flavorful , you know the kinda spice that hits you but it taste so good you can’t stop eating . The noodles ! Pretty sure they were hand made cause I could still taste the flour on them ! Amazing! My partners chicken was so tender it was filling of the bone well trying to pick it up. Just so flavorful and juicy!Your guys food is amazing and great value for money . We will back to try more things off your extensive menu! Hope your happy with some new regulars
Good food for a good price. If you’re Malaysian you will like this place especially when the chef is from Ipoh. The wait here can be a while hence the 4. But otherwise friendly service and good food. Highly recommend.
Thick, creamy and flavoursome laksa. Best you can get in south Auckland and for only $10! More veges in the curry would be nice but to be honest not too phased
