U can’t give a 0.0 so 1.0 will have to do. This place isn’t meant for dining in, its a tavern, you get wasted here. Cheap jugs (the jugs are small) decor and building well below poor, however this can be fixed after a few jugs. Quite run down looking and not for toitty ppl. Could say more but will leave it at that.
