As for service the main guy at the front is top notch doosh bag of the century he thinks hes better then everyone (impression i get) he needs to gap it because hes ruining a bussiness that has so much potential to do better even if it is his family owned resturant other then him enjoyable
Lovely food, delicious and didn’t have to wait long for food to come out. Have done many phone orders also and was already waiting.Service- 1/5 Very, very, very POOR service. Spoken too from one of the male staff behind the counter like Imadumb islander that either doesn’t understand English or I was an inconvenience to him. I visit this restaurant quite a few times as I love the food, however I cringe every time I am served by this staff member. I have made a complaint to the Manager, however still this staff member is serving customers and front of house. Every visit, he is rude, inconsiderate and obnoxious this is where he is consistent. If this is a family restaurant, then I highly recommend that you put him at the back in the kitchen as you do not want a repetition for amazing food but shit service. To be honest, how many complaints about one person do you need PHO to do something about it???!!!!!!
