Great family owned take away with a great team. Smelt a bit fishy today but it is a fish bar, chips were great and the fried bread was yum. Got a punnet of raw mussels and they were plump and fresh best this year thank you team
Weve ordered here at Otahuhu a few times and there was no problem. But then one time there was something strange about the taste of the fish, it was off. the texture wasnt of fish and it had a more meaty texture and it was tasteless. I dont know what meat that was but the meat had no taste you couldnt tell if its fish or chicken. It tasted real floury and there was hard pieces in it, We went back to order again cuz our experiences were real good when we first starrted eating there but then it happened again and the fish tasted really off and strange. I dont know what it was but its more than enough to make me not go back there, its untrustworthy u dont know what youre really eating
Wanted to try a new takeaway and drove up in to Massey and ended up here. I found this one interesting as it’s a fish shop/takeaway shop. Parking is right outside. There are a couple of small chair and table sets. These were not very clean though that could be due to the traffic, it seemed quite busy. Service was friendly enough. Food was average. Can’t say I would come back here, nothing memorable about the place. It’s a basic fish and chippy.
