Came here for tea last night. I thought it was just a roast place but this place also offers a noodle/chinese type food range as well. I primarily came here for a Roast Pork Roll. There was none available which I thought was a bit weird as it was just hitting dinner time (6.30ishpm). Being my disappointed and stubborn self, I just ordered a Chicken and Potato combo for my dad. My partner purchased: Chicken and Potato (with gravy) combo, Sweet and Sour Pork on Noddles, some Pork buns and a BBQ pork roll. I really wanted the crackling from the Roast Pork and the lady charged me $4.50 which I thought was exorbitant, but I was going to get something one way or the other.My dad was happy with his combo. My partner shared his food with me. Potato’s and gravy was nice. Sweet and Sour Pork was good, I liked that the pork was crispy instead of soft. Noodles were okay, I am not a noodle fan. BBQ pork roll was really good though I am definitely keen to have that again. I don’t like pork buns so didn’t try them but my partner wasn’t that impressed with them either. My crackling was amazing. Would have been better if there some Pork to go with it.Overall: I feel like this place has potential and I would like to come back and try the elusive Pork roll.
