Setting, setting, setting! I absolutely adore the layout and interior at Meadow. Its shady and cool for hot summer evenings, but with the help of a few heaters becomes cozy and intimate during the winter. To be perfectly honest the food is not quite at the price level they pitch it at, however the overall experience seems to make up for it. Friendly, bubbly wait staff and the vibe of an all day local hang out are worth a lot.
A group of us went here for friends birthday last night and the service was great! Friendly, accommodating and easy going. It was exactly what you would want when dining out in a group. The vibe to the place was very relaxed and I liked the modern interior and outdoor areas. The place doesnt look like too much from the outside but it really is a hidden gem. The catch of the day – salmon was ordered by several in our group and it was a good and filling dish. My partner ordered the halloumi salad which he really enjoyed. It was tasty and had a generous portion of halloumi. If you like a good burger Id recommend the chicken and avocado burger. A little hard to eat but the brioche bun and combination of fillings was great. Only suggestion I could make with this burger is a pot of aioli or tomato sauce. Keen to come back and try out more dishes from here! Keep up the good work guys.
