This place is a must to go to while at Mission Bay- service has always been great, decent portions and a wide range of ice-creams to choose from. Sometimes the toilets need a cleaning though – but understandable as their foot traffic is massive and appears to always have a line during summer.
Good place for an ice cream everytime you go. You can count on good service and good ice cream however the long wait can be a put off at times.
The best flavours of Swiss Icecreams … Was very crowded but the service was quick despite of the rush.. Loved the roasted nuts topping much more than the sauce topping..
I was been told this movenpick shop is the best ice cream shop in Auckland when i first came to NZ. Now 10years past, it’s still popular but not the best as I thought. Presentation was ok, dessert and Ice cream ‘s flavour were good. Service pretty friendly.
I dont see what the fuss is about this place. Yes the ice cream is nice, but no I dont think its worth quite as much as its being charged at. I will admit it is right in the middle of mission bay so thats got to count for something. Ive lined up a few times here but Ive never really been wowed and I dont think Ill line up again.
Tasty fancy icecream, just not wowed. I do like their range of flavors but perhaps I just havent tasted one thats stood out to me just yet. I really like that they make their waffle cones in store fresh, thats pretty unique. Their scoops sizes tend to be on the smaller side so the price is a little high for the quantity. Cute place though, used to come here for a late night icecream break quite occasionally with the family.
Located at the stoplights in Mission Bay, it is just across the road from the beach. There is normally a line but the size depends on your luck. It wasn’t too bad when I came so grabbed a cone with a scoop of the mango and cream.The scooper and cashier may not be the same person so keep an eye on your ice cream as you pay to make sure you get the right one.They also have other desserts like brownies and cakes. Its all on the menu above the counter.It was nice to grab a scoop and then walk down to the beach.
