Oak barrel was a walk in choice, we took the chance and were pleasnitly surprised. We ordered the rack of lamb as a entree and shared a pizza. We were guided to a bottle of wine that would match the lamb. Was a pleasant Friday night in the busy mission bay!
We ordered the seafood pizza with mussels on the side. The pizza was surprisingly delicious and cooked decently without having the seafood rubbery and tough. The mussels were so tasty! We couldn’t help ourselves but dip our pizza crusts onto the mussel sauce. Delish!
Came here a couple of weeks ago with my mum (mustve only opened recently?) staff were so friendly and the idea of wine bottles as decor was gorgeous. Ordered a pizza to share and it was the perfect amount of food (with room for movenpick ice cream afterwards ;). Would definitely recommend
