A really small place, we were a group of 8 so we felt squished abit. We didnt have to wait long for our meals, fault would be that one of ordered drinks had seemed to be forgotten because we had to remind the waitress a few times other than that service was really great and we were looked after well. When the restaurant get packed it gets really hot and stuffy. Food was abit bland and pasta dishes was watery rather than creamy or cheesy. Very over priced for quality I thought but servings were generous as we shared dishes and couldnt finish main size dishes.
New fave place to dine. Everything was perfect. Garlic bread just right and not overdone like many places, seafood chowder so tasty with plenty of seafood and the polo fettuccine is the best. Staff were efficient and friendly. Will definely be regulars here
Ordered a take away vegetarian pizza on a gluten free base. It was the best pizza I have had in a long time. They have perfected the gluten free base, will definitely be going back.
Toninos is a classic mission bay hot spot. Authentic Italian food with lovely staff. The ambience transports you to Italy and makes you want to book tickets to visit again. The picture Ive included is the final morsels of a truly divine tiramisu that I thoroughly enjoyed. In fact order the tiramisu, its unapologetically good. Thank you for having us done with you. We shall return!
Tonino’s make great Pizza. I don’t care what anyone says, THEY MAKE GREAT PIZZA. I would recommend you order a Carbonara Main and Margarita pizza with a nice glass/bottle of wine. I would post pictures but I don’t have any because why make a good thing wait? Maybe next time…The staff are professional and nice. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who appreciates a well made authentic pizza.
Went to Tonios with my grandmother for lunch today, and the food was amazing! She ordered the chicken ravioli and I ordered the spaghetti with meatballs and the food was delicious, authentic Italian! The restaurant has an A rating on cleanliness and the owning is a very friendly man! I am definitely coming back for more!
Went for the second time last night and was not disappointed. Food was amazing, king prawn entree was 2 die for. Service was friendly and fast. My new favourite spot 2 dine out
