I’ve had some reasonably nice burgers here but the last one was disgusting and inedible. I was not offered a refund or a replacement but told occasionally you get a bad burger! Very disappointed in this!
Burger Wisconsin seems a bit overpriced for a pretty average burger.I must say the burgers are pretty big and well presented but I wasnt really satisfied after finishing it.
Love the burgers here! They are so fresh and tasty and big size! Probably my favourite burgers atm. Staff are cool too, friendly and make the burgers fast. The fries are perfect as well, in my opinion there’s nothing to improve! 🙂
Usually the burgers from this chain are great but came & ate in on a Friday night & was disappointed. I ordered 2 x burgers & some sweet potato fries. It took about 30 mins & we could see both of our burgers sitting on the heating tray under the lights for about 5-10 mins. Both burgers were cold when they came out which was especially gross for my friends fish burger. I asked for my fries that I ordered & the cashier was adamant that I hadnt ordered any & argued the point. I then ordered some replacement fries which I waited for 10 mins before. & I had to ask again for them & they grabbed them from under the heating lights (they had been sitting there the whole time we were there) they were cold & old so I asked for some more. Would not come here again but happy to visit other chains such as the one on Ponsonby road which is consistently good.
always loved burger wisconsin and was really happy when they teamed up with uber unfortunately uber app glitched out and I had some issues but the staff were super helpful and were able to sort it out super quick Thank you. Food is always fresh and delicious! and serving salt on the side of the fries is genius. We have tried most of their burgers with the lamb and kiwi being favourites only average one so far was the fish, it was a bit bland.
Great fresh burgers. Staff service was a bit slow as the solo staff worker was on the phone to someone when we arrived and again when we left. Their loyalty club provides good value for money, especially in your birthday month. Otherwise, would say that the food is slightly pricey, especially for a ‘fast food’ joint.
Got takeaways from here. The chips and onion rings were soggy, lettuce in the burgers tasted funky and the milkshakes weren’t great either. Overpriced and we won’t be back.
