Popped into Rocket Kitchen today and wow the new store is fabulous. I loved seeing all the cakes on display – so delicious. I had a perfect Mocha and lemon slice which was Devine. 100% will be back. I have a feeling this will be my new local spot.
Wow their macarons are irresistible! The best ones I have ever had, I tired the Easter special ones, lemon and vanilla. You could definitely taste the almond flavours from the almond meal and the lemon was just the right amount, tangy and sweet! The Easter cookies were amazing too, crunchy and they added ginger which gave it a slight gingernut cookie taste. Yum!
Excellent little cake on mt Eden road. I’ve been here a couple of times now for a selection of the smaller desserts and also the large cakes and I’ve never been disappointed. Also serve great coffee too, and the price point is very competitive compared to other similar places.
