17 June 2018,My husband order salt and pepper chicken rice, I order a braised pork belly rice,it rice is more,the pork is less, the pork taste a pork smell, I don’t want to order pork anymore.Maybe is healthy for other people , but for my husband is not full, he wish more chicken ,less rice.
Loved the chairs here including the egg shaped one in the photo. We came here for lunch and was pleasantly surprised with the laid back atmosphere. There were 2 dishes that were not available which were the Sausage and Stinky Tofu. We had won tons, steamed dumplings, beef with rice noodles which came in soup instead of dry, fried mushrooms and salmon. These dishes could be made by a favourite aunty. We also had yoghurt with black jelly and egg custard. They were refreshing but we expected the creamy yoghurt but it came in a tasty drink!
Been here for lunch. Sat down on the seat by the window. Cold air was coming in from the front door, so tried to shut the door. The staff told me to keep it open for a good air circulation. Was suggested to move to the other table and offered to turn on the heat pump. Recommend to wear enough warm clothes to dine here.Some of the chairs were made of logs, good design but not comfortable to sit down on this hard and no back support chunk, I rather want to use them in a fire place to make myself warm in this chilly weather.The food here were quite tasty. (Both of te side dishes + the meat), but I wanted more sauce on the rice. It’s a wonder they can create the dishes this delicious without any msg.I also wish there was a small bowl of hot soup attached.
