I really wanted to like this place. The ambience was nice and overall looked cosy. We ordered 2 feasts but was disappointed by the results. the dish looked great but my flat bread was so hard and flaky that I could hard eat any of it. chicken was overcooked and dry. Overall, the salad and the Greek yoghurt was the best.

Really cute little Turkish style restastyle. modern Decor make it looks pretty nice. Staffs all pretty friendly. Drinks looks pretty and taste yummy. Food taste delicious too.
The staff here wear black and white stripey t-shirts as uniforms. My partner and I have identical t-shirts. When we come here next we’re going to see how long we can get away with acting like staff, serving drinks, delivering food etc.I’ll let you know how it goes.I’ve been to Bodrum a number of times. The first time I made the mistake of ordering the Lahmajun, a Turkish inspired pizza. Don’t do this, it is not memorable in the slightest. The 2nd time I ate here (rather reluctantly I admit) was before a movie, we ordered a range of small plates, I can’t remember exactly what was ordered but I can tell you they were all beautiful and vibrant. The 3rd time I’ve eaten here was more recently. We shared a Breakfast in Turkey which was more than the 2 of us needed for breakfast. This is a large plate of food, you feel as though you’ve been presented your own personal banquet. Olives, Feta, fresh cucumber and tomato, meatballs, spicy sausage (Sujuk), berry compote, Eggs, the most luscious fig mascarpone and Turkish bread. What a feast. An array of textures and colours and the perfect cooked breakfast which doesn’t leave you feeling like you’ve eaten a medium sized mammal. As much as I enjoyed the breakfast, the highlight of this trip to Bodrum was the Whittaker’s Hot Chocolate. When you order this, you get the choice of White, Milk or Dark chocolate. What you get is the most Instagram worthy hot chocolate which tastes better than it looks. I’ve been drinking hot chocolates for 40 years, this goes down as the most memorable, hands down.So it’s fair to say that my attitude towards Bodrum has done a complete 180. I can’t wait to sample more of their offerings.
Bodrum Kitchen, my all time favourite mediterranean and greek cafe/restaurant! The staff as friendly as ever, and the atomic as welcoming as ever. The decor is very vibrant and bright, as well as pretty. The food was delicious and packed with flavour, as we got fluffy ricotta pancakes, crispy calamari salad, smashed avo on toast and also an expressed lunch that consisted on pita, hummus and roasted chicken. They were all very good, still hot as they came out and filled my sisters and I up! Same with the drinks. I would recommend this place to everyone, the prices are worth the portion and the staff are worth it
One of my top favourite places in Auckland. Have been twice- once for lunch when I had the falafel, Turkish coffee and baklava- and a second time for a light snack of falafel and cappuccino.First – the food. ABSOLUTELY FRESH AND DELICIOUS! Each item on that plate was lovely! My only cause for concern is that the portions are huge! So Im a little worried that most people will waste some of the food- I certainly did! Second – the service. A wonderful friendly staff who took care of our every need.Third – the ambience. I quite like the place. Nice cosy sofas, the chairs are comfortable as well. Add to it lovely crockery and other tableware. Very nice! Overall- go as often as possible and enjoy your dining experience. Im waiting to try their breakfast.
