Yes yes yes, I love Halong. It is my GO-TO! I have been coming to this delicious establishment for around 15 years and still crave it.Its Vietnamese good is soooooo goodSo fast and great pricingIt is way better than the so called best Vietnamese our in otahuhu!The menu is very extensive and they cater for annoying patrons like me who now and then dont eat carbs…. if youre this way inclined- ask for a vermicelli bowl but with salad instead of the noodles… its YUM!
Simply wow!Crispy pork done properly where the outside of the pork is crispy well the fat in the inside melts in the mouth. No this isnt your fancy dining experience. You come here for one purpose. That purpose being some wholesome food at a relatively budget friendly restaurant. We picked up a meatball pho with crispy pork and noodle soup. Our meals came out in record time, and we were stuffing our faces within 15 minutes. Showstopper: Crispy pork was fantasticOverall Grade: A-
This place has always been my family’s go-to for every occasion. The pricing is pretty decent for the portions of food that you receive and the food comes promptly after ordering. The food itself has never disappointed, and all the rice dishes come with a complimentary soup thats delicious! The sauces that come with the meat and entres go well with them and there are a variety of traditional asian drinks to choose from the menu. For a family of 4, it only costs ~$60-70 which is relatively cheap for great tasting food. If you want more bang for your buck, Halong is the place to go 🙂
