Loved the ambience and the food here. Its not OMG HOW AMAZING kind of delicious but just enough to make you wanna rate a 5/5. Fish taco was juicy and flavourful, and seafood chowder is nice too. And the fries? So so good! I never really comment on fries in general because Im not that bored but the fries here is so on point! Crunchy and crispy on the outside and mushy on the inside exactly the way I like it, and the mayo is soooo good as well. Good experience overall but the taco is a tiny bit pricy for what you get. Will definitely come back to try other options on the menu though!Food 8/10 Service 8/10 Ambience 9/10
Have been here twice and have not been amazed either of the times. The first time I came I got the ‘korean chicken tacos’ and my Mum got the ‘beetroot bowl’. I found the seasoning/sauce on the chicken to be bitter/salty and the chicken had oil dripping off it. Mum liked her beetroot bowl though and I really liked my passionfruit & strawberry fresca. The second time we came here was for breakfast the day after new years so we went in as nothing else was open and we were impressed that they were open. I got the ‘tropical smoothie bowl’ and I had a few bites and couldn’t eat the rest, as the ‘smoothie’ part was warm and just felt horrible as smoothies are supposed to be cold. Mum got the veggie breakfast bowl which she thought was alright. The first time we went was certainly better than the 2nd. I think we might give it one last go to decide if we like it or not as the service is so lovely and the restaurant itself is gorgeous so I really want to like it.
A nice brunch restaurant in Newmarket when you feel like splurging just a little bit! The ambience of the place is perfect for a chill sunny day. I ordered the eggs benedict, which have a sweet tangy sauce with a crunch to it. The french toast, which has one of the fluffiest bread that Ive ever tasted, perfect for a sweet tooth! The staffs were also very friendly. Overall, even if it felt just a little bit too pricy, I would come back again!

Food was very delicious love the creativeness. They have beetroot pure served with eggs benedict which goes well together surprisingly. However service was very disappointing as we waited for too long to be served just water and menu.
Cali is a really good cafe to talk and relax. Their presentation is absolutly 5/5. All the dishes are fresh and delicious. They also have kids menu and prepared color pens for kids. Will definitely come back
Great ambiance and food! I had the cali eggs bene which have an asian twist to them by incorporating kimchi. I was hesitant at first but all the flavors blended well together. The bacon is a great choice to go with it.
