Checked out this place for a feed. Clean premises, not very busy. Ordered a Hunger Burger, some kumara Fries & a bottle of water which cost $24. Little bit pricey but was decent. Burger was flavourful where the fries lacked flavour and was quite dry. Overall burgers came out in a timely manner, would return again in future but would consider wedges over the kumara fries.
Drive past here almost daily but recently had the opportunity to try. Very clean and updated premises. Good range of burgers. I wanted to try them all but settled for the Creamy Camembert Beef Burger (added bacon) and Bacon Wedges. The burger was a similar size to Burger Fuel and tasted similar. The let down for me was the mince patty (basic, not very flavourful) and the type of bacon (cheap shoulder bacon, I prefer the streaky bacon for my burgers). Same thing again on the wedges with the cheap shoulder bacon sliced in strips. A bit disappointing.I would come back here but would probably go for one of the chicken burgers without bacon.
I thought Id try something new and I was far from disappointed! At first glance there was a generous choice of three vegetarian burgers. I got the spinach and pumpkin patty one and some chips. The chips were delicious and the patty was crispy and flavoursome. A new favourite burger place!
