Kati roll is known by different names in different parts of India with slight variations, Like in western part of India it is called Kati Kebab roll, In Southern and Eastern India it is called Frankie roll and in Northern India it is known as Unda roll or Roti roll. Whatever it may be called they all are made in a Paratha (Indian flat bread) with layer of egg and stuffed with tandoor cooked chicken, lamb or paneer and finished with coriander and mint chutney.
