Service was unfriendly. No acknowledgement of your order. No eye contact. Very bad vibes. I ordered Creamy Mushrooms on Toast . The cream was non existent. No cream but plenty of sweet chilli sauce as the base. No explanation or apology for the sweet black mess on my plate except a shrug when I told them it was too sweet, there was no cream. and it was false advertising and I couldnt eat it. They didnt offer my money back, but they had no hesitation in taking more money off me when I ordered a sausage roll as replacement. Dont order the Creamy Mushrooms on Toast In fact dont even go there unless youre desperate.
Updated sep 2017: the new owners truely have no idea what they are doing. Food in he cabinet drenched in mayo (including salads). Wraps left untucked at both ends, and a variety if foods that all look the same. They also have some sushi/ teriyaki rice that arrives late mornibg and sits for upto two hours by the till! Truely, this place is a health hazard waiting to be unleashed! Before the new owners;I grab a coffee from them everyday. They have a variety of milks e.g. Almond, soy which is perfect. Their almond latte is perfect. They also have a good range of salads for lunch although i often feel the food is underseasoned.
