VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I had gone for dine in and had to wait for nice 20mins before anyone would come to serve water and take order. So finally I had to go the counter to order my food, then somebody came out from the kitchen to take my order. I was being given a side plate to have my curry and naan. Nobody even came to my table to ask hows the food and all, which normally happens in all other Restaurant what I believe. Seriously not happy with this kind of service. Food was ok. I had ordered for chicken tikka masala. Medium. Definitely not recommending anyone this Restaurant. Thumbs down.
Customer service was very poor. When we asked to take some of the food home, we were given plastic containers and asked to pack them ourselves. We were also charged for the plastic container. So I would suggest Mr India staff members to study and find out how GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE should be.
Went to Mr India for the first time for a friend’s birthday. The curries had to be one of the nicest I have ever had! However the service was very poor. The waitress got one of the orders for naan bread wrong and maintained that it was us, the customers, fault. When we asked to take some of the curries home, we were given plastic containers and had to pack them ourselves. Then we were charged through the roof for drinks – $13.50 for a single shot gin and lemon lime & bitters?! Would definitely only recommend this place for TAKEAWAYS ONLY!
