Lovely neighborly cafe with a good vibe. The coffee was good and all the food are reasonably priced compared to most cafes on the shore. The mushrooms on toast however didn’t tick my box as the toast was coated with a thick layer of hummus and it turned to be super soggy/soaked… the mushrooms were great but lacked seasoning. We grabbed a few things from the cabinet too and I loved the banana loaf! However, there’s definitely room for improvement!
The best food and coffee, can not get enough of this place. Menu is packed with great options, prices are a steal and smashed avo just incredible. Staff fabulous too
Cute little cafe with friendly staff, yummy cabinet food and great coffee. Breakfast and lunch served all day till 2.30. The avocado smash was great!
I ordered through UberEATS, and was very happy with the beverages, and both food items: a beetroot salad, and spiced pumpkin and chickpeas. Its great to have veg*n options, and choices for plant/nut milk hot drinks. The berry coconut smoothie was great – and the coconut yoghurt to top the pumpkin was much appreciated! Presentation is great, too. 🙂
Had soup, ham toastie, mushroom toastie, eggs bene and coffees all on seperate occasions. All have been fantastic value for money with great service. Thank you.
Visited this wee gem on Sunday morning after a shit nights sleep @skycitygrand hit pay dirt with the amazing coffee skills of the resident Barista so good I ordered 2 Our wee waitress was awesome too great big smile and friendly from beginning to end 10/10 for those two gems !!! Pretty sure this place has changed hands since our last visit but great to see that Billy is still punching.Miss 4 had the kids pancakes with bacon, banana and freeze dried raspberries – wicked value at only $8 Master 12 had eggs on toast with bacon $15 he declared total happiness and cleared his plate.Me and the MR both had the BENE mine on an English muffin and his on the rosti – overall great ratio of bread/potato to bacon and poached eggs were perfection – the only letdown and the reason I couldnt give 4 stars was the hollandaise it was totally split and such a shame as everything else was so good.
