Staff were lovely, the food was bloody fantastic and vibes were good. First time going to Waiheke and the first place I ate at and am definitely not disappointed. Going back there first thing when I head over again.
best breakfast meal I had on the island. The food here is perfect. I tried other places, they were either overpriced, has tiny portions or food are just bland/underseasoned. Place was really casual and a section where you can get some sun on a good day. I would definitely recommend this place and come back again. PS: Please dont change your services as you are doing a great job. and so my review wont be put to waste as well. See you soon.
Super accommodating to allergies, awesome staff, awesome setting. I asked for French toast and if they could use gluten free bread which they were happy to do. Awesome! Every cafe Ive gone to have said they arent able to use gluten free bread for French toast for some reason so I was very happy to have this for the first time in a long time!I also had an iced coffee made with almond milk which was really delicious and a nice big size!Price: 8/10Food and drink: 10/10Ambiance: 9/10Service: 10/10
This was the most horrific breakfast experience. We had to wait 1 hour for our food. Finally we got our chips which were under cooked. Then we were given our main meals and ALL 6 of our meals (which included eggs, toast etc) were cold, they were so cold and terrible that we didnt eat them and asked for a refund. We didnt receive any apology from the manager. Terrible service and terrible food.
Negative stars if I could. Not only was the service atrocious they ripped us off. They charged us almost $1000 for 5 coffees and flat out refused to refund when we saw this on our statement. Friends of ours warned us about them because it happened to them as well. These people are fraudsters. DO NOT GO. If you do CHECK YOUR RECEIPT.
Over priced for very average food. Poor to surly service. Took three attempts to order. Food was fast but drinks very slow to arrive. This place needs to get its act together! Avoid.
