This place is awesome and I loved the food and the extremely friendly staff. I have been here a few times and ordered for family as well and they also enjoyed the food. I’ll keep going back! Gina
I love it the food is very delicious and fresh and I come here every weekend. I usually order pork & prawn summer roll, duck salad and daddy shaking beef which is so yummy and awesome for twos. I would recommend this place.
We went to this place probably a year ago and were blown away by the friendly staff and genuine Vietnamese flavour. The pho was full of vibrant herbs and flavour and we took slices home etc. We left feeling like we were part of the family!This time… The place seems to have changed hands? The bowl of pho was served half empty and was average at best, the tofu and mushroom summer rolls were full of mesculin, were missing the mushrooms and were bland. The best way to describe this food is bland, overpriced and lacking in soul. Very upsetting it’s a shell of what it used to be. This isn’t what Vietnamese cooking is meant to taste like. RIP Chi.
I went to this place a year or so ago but it seems ts got new management…I got the pho with poached chicken. The bowl was only about half full and there was max only about 3 mouthfuls of noodles in it, the rest was very dry, tough chicken and considering how much you were paying it was very disappointing. I wont be coming back here.
This place has a simple menu that offers delicious food and run by nice staff. Very authentic tasting Vietnamese dishes – fresh summer rolls and great meat patty bun cha.
Chi Chi is my all time favourite takeaway!! We have been to Vietnam, and I absolutely love Vietnamese food and Asian fusion. I HIGHLY recommend this small take away. They offer dine in, but it is too small. I rave about their Banh Mi and Pho. We love their Bun Cha and the Mi Xoa. I have pretty much tried everything on the menu and have never been disappointed. All items are full of mouth watering flavour and oh so zesty!! I never take any photos because I am too quick to eat it lol! This is our go to! Seriously try it!
*Onehunga local* Saw recommendation in Metro Cheap eats and have Uber Eats and picked up. Daddy Shaking Beef, Chargrilled Chicken in pineapple sauce and the dumplings were delicious. Will definitely order again, again. Really good food.
