The Gasket Cafe has gone backward in the past year and its not great.If you complain about your food the manager will blame you for being too picky. Cold coffee and much the same for my meal. Real shame as I once rated this place as one of the better cafes around Ellerslie.The corporate locals go here because it is close to them and convenient without them they do not have a business.Gasket was once a ground breaking cafe with many different treats and lunch fare to tempt everyone who went. It is now a training ground for inexperienced staff and a manager who is scrambling to know what to do.I will be visiting other cafes for a better experience.
