Ordered the fudge slice which wasn’t sweet enough, and the chicken roll which had hardly any chicken and no flavour, just lettuce+ mayo + some chicken with some cheap, poor quality bread. Definitely won’t be back – there are far better bakeries/ cafes in Orewa.
This Cafe is the tops for takeaways and OK for a quick brunch. I have total confidence in the hygiene – always spotless. Their breads and cakes are all superb. Sandwiches all very well filled and fresh as a daisy! The same goes for quiches and stuff. Their coffee is first class. OK – I am being exuberant but this is where I come for a take-away lunch to take down to the beach.
