The best in town hands down. A wide selection of curry and sides. I bought the curry masala special lamb (1st photo), palak paneer(2nd photo, spinach and cottage cheese), also bought onion barji was really nice and a good amount for the price($4). I love how they give complimentary rice with every curry you buy at no extra cost. I can’t wait to taste something else from their full menu.

Tonight I got onion bhaji, a Chicken Korma with the hottest spice option and a garlic cheese naan.Prior to getting this bhaji, the only other way Ive had it was sliced but still in the form of a whole onion. Absolutely amazing. In this one there is a lot of bhaji! All small bite pieces. Some pieces had onion, some didnt. The chick pea batter was really tasty. Along with the special sauce it came with made for a good sweet, salty and savoury combination. If youre into nibbly things or small bite pieces and dont like to shove everything in your mouth at once (Me), you will enjoy this. Good price in terms of volume and flavour. My preference is still whole onion bhaji.Chicken Korma to me is what Butter Chicken is to most Kiwis so Ive clearly tried plenty of Kormas. This one has the typical creamy, nutty, salty and sweet flavours which was balanced throughout the whole dish. I added the hottest spice option for that extra dimension and warmth, but to be honest, I didnt find it spicy at all. My tolerance is quite high but for a cuisine like Indian that uses so many spices, youd expect a hotter spice level. The moist chicken pieces just melted in your mouth, flavour incredible. The cost for this meal, rice included, is decently priced.Im a huge fan of naan, so diving into this Garlic cheese naan I had high expectations. It was delicious! The naan was moist and not at all crispy, my preference. It had a charcoal and doughy kind of taste, but mixed with the cheese in the middle and garlic butter was amazing. I didnt order enough, but I would buy it again.I didnt start eating until about 45 minutes after picking it up and without putting in heat and the curry and naan were still hot. Definitely a worthy mention. This was a delicious dinner overall, I have had better but if Im in the neighbourhood Id consider getting it again. Thanks, Curry Masala.

A colleague recommended Curry Masalas Indian style butter chicken, and i would say that I was a legit recommendation. One of the tastiest curry in Auckland. It has the right balance of flavours, portion size is very generous. Awesome food!

Every time we are out and about and near flat Bush we would make sure that if we needed to feed a butter chicken craving that this is the place to go. I highly enjoy the flavors and the lunch deal is so worth your money. We usually get hot chips from next door to go with it and it turns into such a great meal. Nice, small place but very pleasant to eat at

Have been using them from couple of years but as mentioned there food doesnot have consistency. Hit-miss case.Thats why we always order only 1 dish we have tried. As you get only one chance a day to have nice dinner. This time we thought to order tikka masala which is standard no rocket science dish hoping its a safe bet. But found it to be a disaster. They added red color in Kadai Paneer and said its tikka masala… Not a piece of Capsicum or large Onions which you expect when you order Tikka Masala… I think rather than leaving reviews we should complain about these restaurants to Food Council as well…
