I ordered a goat biriyani family pack. It was a takeaway, and only now we have opened it at home and found its a chicken biriyani. I called up to let them know we cant exchange it cos we are far now but they need to check their orders before they give it away but the man on the phone didnt even let me finish. He cut me short and argued that I HAD MADE A MISTAKE and it was what I had asked for! I KNOW WHAT I HAD ORDERED. People in my family are allergic to chicken, I would not ask for chicken biriyani. He made a mistake in taking down the order, it could have been a simple case of mis understanding as well but his reaction was shocking. The worst customer device I have had in years. He even HUNG UP THE PHONE ON ME! What kind of business are you running man? Is this the way you talk to your customers??? I even told him mistakes can happen but his reaction to his customers is uncalled for! The guy didnt seem concerned. WE WILL NEVER VISIT THIS PLACE AGAIN! This place has no ethics or know how to treat / speak to customers. I am not a rude person- I have had other places screw up an order before but thats okay. Mistakes happen. But this reaction is shocking. 1 star is giving them too much credit.
The customer service was pretty bad as the lady who served us was rude. The butter naan we ordered was not cooked properly, even though we asked them twice to fix it. Quantity was way too less as compared to price we paid for. Taste of the food was mediocre. It’s fine to expereince it one off but not going back there again.
