Great food, great service and great prices! Definitely worth a try. I specifically love their butter chicken and paneer makhni, my partner absolutely loves their malai tikka. The staff have always been great and are quick to resolve any issues. They also deliver with Uber eats now 🙂
Little hidden gem tucked away in east Auckland. went to try something different and was blown away. the curry has it’s own unique taste which has a rustic feel to it. The chicken was very soft and moist in the middle, couldn’t ask for more from a curry takeaway. You are now our main stop
Ordered their butter chicken and garlic, cheese and green chili naan and I really enjoyed my meal! The naan was delicious and their butter chicken was good aswell. The chicken pieces are tender too. Despite their being mixed reviews, I do recommend people to try this place anyways 🙂
Love this place. Everything tastes great especially their chaap and kulchas! Have tried it 4-5 times now. Good food every time and the service is great
First we got home and found out that they had forgotten to add on onion Bhaji into our takeaway bag. We called them up and they argued with my husband on the phone but finally agreed to make more. We picked it up and luckily they refunded us for it. The bhaji was nice but very salty. As for the curries, the butter chicken just tasted like cream with no spices in it and the curry masala was average in flavour but only had 4 pieces of chicken in the whole dish which is ridiculous for the price.
Ordered through UBEREATS. The driver was polite and friendly and also dropped off hot food. Waited just over one hour for the delivery which was ok because it was displayed on the ubereats tracking system. Butter chicken in the order missing. Tried to contact the store directly, the guy hung up, so instead i have asked for a refund directly from ubereats. The food would have received a good rating, but overall the experience was rather off-putting. When dining in, ambience is important. when ordering take out, getting the order right is also imperative. Overall not impressed at the service from the people at yellow chilli, which has left a sour taste, pity because the food looked ok and worthy of at least 4 stars as the chicken in the masala was tender and tasted great. big ups to UBER because the drivers i have met are always awesome! they make deliveries like this pleasant. service from UBER in terms of feedback is also pretty awesome so 5 stars for that LOL
